FORD F-150 Lightning Production Information 2023

It is the first electric pickup truck that came into the market by Ford-150 Lightning vehicles built starting 2023.

While Ford plans on utilizing LFP batteries into the next decade, those units won’t be present in the E-Transit – at least for now.

Ford is offering both a standard- and extended-range battery to feed the F-150 Lightning's motors.

Ford plans to make charging at home easy, with an 80-amp charging station as standard equipment if you opt for the extended-range battery.

Although the entry-level truck is likely to have a more basic system, Ford offers the Lightning with a colossal 15.5-inch touchscreen in addition to a 12.0-inch fully digital instrument cluster.
